    VGA pin 13 is attenuated with a 470 Ohm resistor for SCART, optional for BNC (if you prefer no resistor for BNC, ie if your PVM needs 2vpp minimum, just state this in checkout notes.) This is a cable for the MiSTer IO board. RGB are standard vga pinout and CS uses the H.Sync pin.
