We are excited to announce the availability of HD15 (VGA style connector, DE-15 D-Sub) cables. These cables use our signature Mini-Coax for the best possible analog picture quality, and are ideal for use with switches such as the Extron MVX and Arthrimus Scalable Video Switch (SVS).
When paired with an upscaler such as the RetroTINK 4K series, OSSC (Open Source Scan Converter) or Morph 4k with Analog Bridge Expansion Module you can connect true RGBS video using the more compact HD15 connector compared to SCART, and it will be securely held in place with the included captive screws.
Retro Access HD15 cables use true 75 ohm impedance coaxial lines for all signals, and the connector assemblies feature an integral aux jack with an included stereo audio aux cable. The audio signals are carried over fully shielded coaxial lines within the same cable, unlike VGA cables which often do not comply with 75 ohm impedance and require a separate audio cable.
HD15 cables for consoles including SNES, Genesis, Saturn and Dreamcast are native HD15 without requiring any dongles or adapters.
