If you have a problem with an already purchased cable, OR a package has gone missing/stopped tracking OR you need to change your address please open a return request here: Returns page - even if you end up not wanting to return anything, this keeps things more streamlined and easy to organize for us as it ties things into the site code and we’ll get flagged about it asap. We are still getting dozens of emails about technical questions and opening a ticket will prevent your email from getting buried.
