We accept returns via the following methods:
You can return your item automatically if you pay via PayPal using PayPal's return system. They allow you to purchase a label, print it out and mail it. If the item has a fault, we will refund your label cost.
You can now use our site to return your item. Go here to return your product within 2 years of purchase. Again, if the item has a fault, we will refund your label cost.
If you are returning for the following reasons:
1. You purchased the wrong cable by accident
2. You bought a cable and it doesn’t solve an existing issue in your equipment
3. You wish to cancel an order you already made
4. You changed your mind about the order
Please contact us via the contact form instead. We don’t get many returns so instead of using a subscription return method, we use the option that requires paying a fee per return, as overall it works out to less cost. To keep such costs down and prevent the need for restocking fees, please communicate via email as we can set up such returns without needing an RMA to be assigned.
For items that are older than 60 days, please open up correspondence with us. We are usually accommodating, it just depends. We aren't a lending library so please bear that in mind. Our products are guaranteed for 2 years so we will help out if you have found a fault.
If you do not get a response to your email please just open a return. It is possible for us to miss emails as we get a lot of them, it’s also possible for your email to not get through as people have insisted that they have contacted us before opening a return and we don’t have the correspondence. We’re not sure why this happens but we don’t object to returns, we just want to keep less urgent ones out of this system to keep costs down - this system is predominantly for returning faulty cables.
